the verdict is in

Today I went over to Becky's to check on the progress of my dieting and exercising. I have only been doing it for one week and I've already lost two pounds and a lot of inches(can't remember how many) i am so stoked! i can't believe it. my goal is to lose at least three pounds a week and i think i can do it, especially now that we went over the exercises again and i know how to do them better. i can tell that my clothes are fitting better, i told Stephen that when i lose the weight I'm going to get a new wardrobe, YES!!

All you have to do is keep going, steadfastness and perseverance are the keys to any achievement, keep going till the end, no matter what. In the middle of your way, you'll be surprise of what you've done.
