today we took greyson for his 1 year check-up and we didn't get very good news. first of all he lost almost 1 pound since his last check, i think this is because he has been so sick lately. he only weights 17 lbs. and he should be around 22 lbs. he is not even on the charts! he is in the 2% for height and 0% for weight which is scary. the doctor also thinks he might be lactose intolerant which we were suspicious about because when we give him milk he gets very upset, i think his tummy hurts so right now we are giving him lactose-free milk. we have to take him back in two weeks because the doctor wants to monitor his weight gain. hopefully our little guy starts gaining weight soon. he's getting better from being sick but i still worry about him. the same thing happen to abi when she was one and she had to hospitalized becuase her potassium level was low, we hope this doesn't happen to greyson. we love you so much greyson and hope that you get well soon!!

Poor grey! We are having the same problems with brig, but ever since he isn't sick anymore he eats like a horse. Just give grey time to get better and i am sure he will chunk up:)

Oh Im so sorry! Its the worst when your kids are sick or having problems! you worry so much it makes YOU sick! just like becky said, im sure he'll start eating more when he feels back to normal! good luck!
