On my way to the grocery store today i got a flat tire. i go to the nearest person i see and ask if i can use his cell phone to ask steve to pick me up. i didn't know exactly where i was (duh!) so i asked the guy if he could he tell me so i could tell steve. 15 minutes pass and no sign of steve, 30 minutes pass and still no sign of steve and i start walking. i walk to the light and look up to see the street address, the guy had given me the wrong address!! ugh! (instead of 900 east it was 1300 east) no wonder steve wasn't showing, he was probably looking for me but couldn't find me. i walked from 1300 east all the way to 220 west (where i live), even a uta bus stopped and asked if i needed a ride, hahaha! i had a great workout and i think i'm going to be super sore tomorrow!
(did i mention i was in my pajamas!)

Wow, that's pretty tough. I might have taken a ride from the bus!

One of the things I dread the most is car trouble with kids in the car! I'm so sorry! I probably would have hopped on the bus as well. I'm a wussy when it comes to walking.

What a crazy way to spend your day! At least you weren't on your way HOME from the grocery store... with ice cream in the trunk :)

Sorry!!

I am sorry, I one time walked from Lakeridge Jr. high all the way to where we lived by Timpview Highschool!! It's seriously sucked because it was really cold outside!! But very nice touch with the pj's!!

Did you have the kids w/you? Ugh. That is quite a workout! I would probably be like that guy and give the wrong address too. How nice of the bus driver though!
